Zuverlässig und sehr Kompetent. Die Fahrzeuge sind in einem tadellosen Zustand und der Serviceschalter hilft bei Unklarheiten sofort weiter.

Wenn irgendwie möglich, bei einer anderen Vermietung buchen!Eine richtig schlechte, kundenunfreundliche Firma!Ich bin Zürcher und miete jährlich Fahrzeuge für Familien und Geschäftsreisen ins Ausland.So etwas habe ich aber bis dato nicht für möglich gehalten und nicht erlebt.Eine absolut lächerlichere Beule (Fahrertüre, max. 2mm) wurde mit 290.- verrechnet.Wenn man Schäden sucht, die man Kunden anhängen kann, wird man diese, bei einem Gebrauchsgegenstand wie einem Auto, mit 70000km natürlich auch finden.Nie mehr!

Trotz reduzierten Verfügbarkeiten sehr guten Service erhalten – Rückfragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet, Fahrzeug war einwandfrei. Gerne wieder!

Der Kundenservice ist sehr gut. Auch bei hohem Andrang am Schalter, wurde ich rasch und kompetent bedient.Das Fahrzeug was sauber und sah gepflegt aus.Ebenfalls bei einem weiteren Anliegen, welches ich bei der Fahrzeugrückgabe hatte, wurde mir kompetent weitergeholfen.Die Herold Fahrzeugvermietung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Stay away from them. Terrible dishonest service and Hertz will not help you (they told me it is a different company).I wrote:“Dear Madam/SirI reserved on line and rented a car at your Zurich airport location on May 23rd 2023 as you can see on the attached invoice.The person on the Hertz counter suggested that I add my wife as a second driver since I’ll get it for free as a Gold member.To my big surprise I was charged 139.00 CHF on your invoice.After a couple of days of driving the Volvo I got, an anti-lock brakes warning showed up. I went to the local Hertz agency in Winterthur and asked for help. I was told that they have no mechanic to fix the problem or a replacement vehicle and actually can’t reach the airport brunch by phone.I had no choice but to waste my time and fuel and drive to the airport to replace the car.The very minimum I expect from you is:1 Credit my card with 139.00 CHF that you shouldn’t have charged me in the first place.2. Credit my card with 93.80 CHF that you charged me for the fuel. Your car’s failure was the reason I had to replace it.Thank youMoshe Friedman”They answered:“Dear Moshe Friedman,Thank you for contacting us. I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns.Kindly notice that your refund request for the additional driver charge of the amount 149.70 CHF, is being processed, it might take 10 working days to appear into your bank account/credit card.I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for contacting us and we look forward to serving you in the future.Yours sincerely,MohammadHertz Customer Service”No apology, no response to my second point.Seems like not much changed in Switzerland in the last 80 years. Some companies will still do anything for a buck

I’ll definitely never use Herzt again and I certainly won’t recommend them to anyone! We rented a car from them in Alghero, Sardinia, during our holidays. At the end of our rental period, as our flight was really early in the morning, we just returned the car at 5.30 a.m. and deposited the key in the letter box outside their office, just as they had told us to do. Later on we received an email accusing us of having caused damage to a felly (which was totally untrue!) and a bill for the cost of a new felly plus admin. fees! I couldn’t believe their dishonesty! Talking to some friends about the incident, they told us that they had had a similar experience when renting a car from Herzt in Italy! It seems to be common practice! If you don’t buy their additional( incredibly expensive!) insurance, they unjustly accuse you of causing damage to their car and make you pay for their new parts! Don’t trust them! There are much better rental companies around!
