Farmacia visitata due volte in un giorno per un problema all'occhio. La seconda volta la farmacista e la sua assistente hanno suggerito una visita oculistica, contattato degli specialisti fino a trovarne uno disponibile (di venerdì pomeriggio) e addirittura fornito le indicazioni per raggiungere lo studio medico! La professionalità, gentilezza ed empatia del personale meritano gratitudine e il massimo dei voti.

We went to this apotheke for rapid antigen test, almost around their closing time. Even though they were entirely booked out, Ms R Correti was extremely helpful and registered us for the tests immediately. She was patient with us and made sure that we got our tests done and reports delivered on time. The test was quick and comfortable.

Great Apotheke near Hotel Kulm St.Moritz...very friendly staff...I asked for a Covid Rapid Nasal Test...no problem...waiting line very fast and very soft they did...comparing other Testcenter I was before and afterwards I had pain....here absolutly no pain. Worst Pharmacy in the World! They refused to give a prescription for my dying wife because it was done by a German doctor (We were client there for 20 years) Attitude very close to racism. On top of that the pharmacist throw at me products to the face and had a nervous breakdown. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT MORE INTERESTED IN SELLING CAVIAR CREAM THAN HELPING PATIENTS. Go to a real professional pharmacy in front of the city hall.
