Betreiben - obwohl alles geklärt ist - Telefonterror bei Leuten, die mit den unbezahlten Rechnungen gar nichts zu tun haben, nur weil sie es nicht auf die Reihe kriegen, die richtigen Kontaktdaten in Erfahrung zu bringen. Mit Terror meine ich MINÜTLICHE Anrufe. Obwohl ich nicht mal der betroffene Schuldner bin, durfte ich mir anhören: „Hey ALTER, bezahl endlich!!!!“ Und wenn man nicht darauf eingeht, werden sie bedrohlich. Da bleibt nix, ausser die Nummer zu blockieren.Mehr als unseriös!!! Wer diese Firma zum Eintreiben seiner Schulden beauftragt, sollte mal seinen eigenen Ruf überdenken.ANTWORT AUF DIE ANTWORT DES INHABERS:Ich habe definitiv nicht das falsche Unternehmen bewertet. Und es stimmt, gegen MICH läuft auch keine Betreibung, aber gegen meinen Partner und da wurde ich fortwährend belästigt. Dass mich Ihr Mitarbeiter am 5.5.2022 nachmittags minütlich angerufen hat - bis ich ihn blockiert habe - kann ich belegen!! Ebenso seine Ausdrucksweise, da das dank Lautsprecher mehrere Personen gehört haben.Dass Sie jetzt nicht mal zu Ihren Praktiken stehen, setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf.

MUCHO CUIDADO! Mucho cuidado con las cartas que les llegan de esta empresa. Me reclaman un pago que ya había realizado la aseguradora, un año después. Intentan timar a la gente. Llamé al teléfono y da siempre ocupado. Aviso para que no caigan en la trampa. Compran bases de datos y hacen reclamos mentirosos.

I had an issue with a hospital invoice payment and they solved it quickly and efficiently. They contacted with me in my mother tongue (which I appreciated it) and explained me the situation and possible solution. It was better than treating with the insurance company directly!

Every single bad comment about this company is true, specially about the bullying, psychological abuse and favoritism.If you are contacted by this company, remember OVAG is a third party company that lives from the commissions you pay them.If you want to pay, contact the hospital directly and you can receive a 95% discount or more.You can also contact the hospital directly and ask for the charity form, in this way the hospital forgives your debt. All hospitals in the USA have a charity program.You can also ask OVAG in writing to stop contacting you. By law OVAG cannot continue to contact you.

Is this business legal? They called a neighbour reporting private family developments and mentioning unpaid bills we had never heard of!They have breached the most basic privacy regulation and have acted with the purpose to to diffamate the reputation of honest people.This is not a business, this is a shame! Will follow up with legal actions against them.
