We entered into a contract with Edelweiss to rent our holiday home to 3rd parties. Whereas I experienced the team always very friendly and professional, the Captain, Mr. Lei, sadly overruled all the hard work with his rudeness. He hardly listens and any misunderstanding has to be born 100% by the owner. Prices are also quite high (1200 CHF for a season- cleaning plus 400 CHF for the matresses).We quit the contract at the earliest date possible. Interestingly, booking rate has been at least as good since then, although we only use Airbnb. Today, we enjoy receiving around 20% more of the gross revenue on our account and avoiding the confrontation with Mr. Lei.

Edelweiß Services ist eine unglaubliche Bereicherung, wenn man Ferien im eigenen Heim macht. Die Herzlichkeit, der tolle Service, flexibel auch wenn man mal spät dran ist, sucht Seinesgleichen. Ich freue mich nach den Ferien an einen sauberen Ort zurückzukehren. Danke liebes Edelweiß Team

Wir haben in Laax in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung wenige Tage Urlaub gemacht. Somit hatten wir auch mit dem Edelweisservice Kontakt. Es war wirklich ein sehr zuvorkommender und suuuper freundlicher Service!! Können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen und gerne bald wieder in Anspruch nehmen!!

I had a recent complaint to the manager who was very rude and dismissive in his reply. They accepted no responsibly for their errors which cost me money.We booked an end clean through Edelweiss and when I called two days before to check the arrival time, they had no detail of the booking ever being made! The clean had to be rescheduled for a different day which caused a lot of stress to reschedule moving out last minute.After the end clean I was shocked at how long it had taken. They did a good job but they took twice as long as they should have. A good cleaning service should be fast as well as thorough. When I visited during the cleaning they were playing loud music and joking around. All at an expense to me. After the clean they waited around throughout the entire hand over process. They were not instructed to do so and charged me for the time non the less.I am very disappointed. Will not be using their service again.

I had recently my apartment cleaned with Edelweiss Services Flims. Very professional service from start to finish. Bruno and his team were very efficient. The cleaning standard was exceptional and the staff were very friendly.I would use them anytime again. Would highly recommend.

We recently booked an endcleaning from Edelweiss as we sold our house in Flims. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. The friendly staff at the phone was our first contact. After that the chef came personally to make an offer and to meet us.During the two days of cleaning the staff was friendly, happy and in a very good mood during their work and they did a great cleaning job: we almost wanted to keep the house. The key was given back to us, with a professional handover and we could not find anything that was forgotten: a perfect clean house was the result.When the bill came we were actually a bit surprised. The cleaning was done in less time than the chef wrote in his offer, but Edelweiss only charged us the real hours that they cleaned, not the price in the offer!! So a perfect cleaning and a bill that was cheaper than expected.Thanks again Edelweiss for your fantastic job and service!!A. Klein.

Für ein Studio in Laax habe ich Endreinigung mit Übergabegarantie bestellt. Die Service war vom A bis Z hervorragend! Freundliche und kompetente Beratung am Telefon von der Assistentin, Hilfe bei der Verwaltung vom Chef, und perfekte Putzarbeit zweier hilfsbereiter Raumpflegerinnen. Wirklich erstklassige Service, ich empfehle die Firma gerne weiter.
