Wir bedanken uns bei Herrn Bellomo für die tolle Betreuung bei dem Verkauf unserer Wohnung. Alles war sehr professionell und angenehm, vom ersten Termin bis zum Notartermin. Trotz dieser eher schwierigen Zeiten, wurde schnell ein passender Käufer für unsere Wohnung zu einem angemessenen Preis gefunden. Ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Bellomo und New Trends.

My 86 year old mother who lives in Singapore and who is unable to travel wanted to sell her flat in Montreux. My mother's immediate family live in the United Kingdom. Michel Colatruglio, the proprietor of Riviera Properties, was instructed to sell the flat. He found a buyer who agreed to buy the flat at the full, optimistic asking price.The sale was not straight forward but Michel handled the sales process flawlessly. His high degree of experience, intelligence, sound advice, knowledge, charm, gentle persuasiveness, patience, communication skills (including excellent standard of English), initiative and tenacity worked wonders. He willingly offered to organise the clearance and cleaning of the flat in accordance with the contract of sale. He also liaised superbly with the appointed notary, the property's managing agent, the buyer and other service providers. He even helped to close utility accounts on behalf of my mother.In summary, Michel surpassed our expectations of the services of an estate agent hugely, and was a pleasure to work with. He provides an outstanding service and value for money for his very competitive commission rate. Michel works hard in a professional manner to get the task at hand done and he doesn't give up. However with that price you get a whole chalet to yourself, personal housekeeping staff, a Michelin star chef, free massage, and other special amenities. The location is up the mountain a little but still close to the main street that runs along from/to Zermatt train station, which is about a 10-15 minute walk away. You should be able to see Matterhorn from the hotel as a group of people tend to gather at the nearby Matterhorn Museum to watch the Matterhorn lights go on at nighttime.
