I am very happy with the Dolomit apartments. We spent a week there with children and had a great time. The place is very well-maintained, cozy, has all features we wanted. It was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Super gérance !Depuis que j'ai emménagé, j'ai été agréablement surpris par le niveau de service et les disponibilités en cas de besoin.Je recommande vivement Régimo à tous les locataires qui recherchent un service de qualité et un engagement sincère.

Premier appel celui de mon fils, qui se résume : ils doivent se faire des blagues pour passer le temps, la personne sensée gérer le dossier d'un local commercial qui nous intéresse n'est même pas au courant que c'est elle qui est en charge de dossier. Je les rappels, et je tombe sur une personne qui avait l'air dégourdi, il cherche le dossier et ne le trouve pas ? Il me m'informe, qu'il transmet mon message à sa collègue qu'elle ne rappellera le lundi suivant, je les ai relancé par mail sans plus d'espoir, bref, j'attends un miracle, un appel ou un message qui ne viendrons sans doute jamais l'annonce est toujours active et mis à part un prix au m2, ils ne précisent pas la surface et impossible d'en savoir plus. Mon expérience avec eux se résume : amateurisme à l'état pur.

After having been with Blueground for around three months now in Zürich I am utterly frustrated and disappointed. Having paid such a high price for an “apparently well furnished and equipped apartment” which was clearly not the case in our situation as there was trash left from the cleaning staff, which is where it already started off with a bad impression. Turns out that the furniture is cheap and that the flat did not come with all of the essentials that you need for living. Which makes the apartment description which you initially get very misleading. Furthermore there having been a problem with the washing machine right from the start. I mean does the flat not get checked before tenants arrive? I also paid for a parking spot which turned out to be in a completely different garage then the one attached to the house and I am still waiting for my refund until this day. I have also scheduled a cleaning service for the past week which left me in complete shock because as I returned the flat was still to 90% in the same condition as how I had left it in the morning. Last week I told Blueground that I want to end my lease early and instead of actually working with me through the matters and offering the service that I had paid for they have the audacity to send me an email today asking me if I would be interested in extending my stay which seems very odd to me considering the amount of complaints I had written via email. You cannot answer these emails although you said that someone would get back to me but instead you have the time to send me unnecessary emails? The reason why this whole situation is so frustrating is because you pay such a high amount of money that you expect the services and the flat to be of a good standard only to be disappointed from day one and not really being supported or heard although the only thing you want is some understanding. I only have about three weeks left in the flat but am highly considering about moving out a lot earlier just because I whether feel being taken seriously nor supported which just makes me want to cut my ties with Blueground as quickly as possibly. This just proves to me that no matter how much money you pay for a service there is no guarantee that it will not disappoint in some sort of way. Unfortunately I will not and cannot recommend Blueground to anyone and hope that no one else will have a similar experience to me. Thank you for reading.

Aesthetically designed, well furnished. Good location, friendly (although a bit loud) neighbours. The town is lovely and has lots of handy shops, many nice restaurants around.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Super freundliche Gastgeberin! Sauber und gepflegte Ferienwohnungen! Super gelegen für Zufahrt und Dorf / Restaurants. Tolle Aussicht auf Allalinhorn und Pisten. Gemütlich und absolut ruhig gelegen.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in Saas-Fee! Es ist wirklich eine Perle der Alpen! Wir lieben die Schweiz und Skifahren! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Aber wir müssen einen Punktabzug für die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna machen. Uns ist es wärend einem Aufenthalt von drei Tagen, nur einmal gelungen die neu renovierte Sauna zu benutzen. Die reguläre Nutzungszeitraum ist bis 21:00Uhr. Aber um 20:30 haben wir die Sauna verschlossen gefunden, und auf unsen verlangen würde uns nicht mehr aufgemacht, mit der Begründung, das die Sauna nur bis 21:00 Uhr aufzusuchen sei. Wir fanden es sehr Schade, dass wir für die halbe Stunde nicht mehr hinein durften!
